Bio: After spearheading the Alta-Communications-backed management buyout of CDCNews from its founder in 2004, Bill Black went on to lead the team that propelled CDCNews to its current position as the leading provider of regional commercial construction information. Before CDCNews, Black was a leading consultant to the publishing industry for more than 20 years before moving on to several management/investor roles with Commonwealth Business Media, Motorbooks, Dorchester Publishing and Bradley-Carroll, Inc. and others.

Bio: Kathy Seiler joined CDCNews August 14, 2000 and brings over 25 years in executive human resources and operational management leadership from a variety of industries, including publishing, oceanographic research, manufacturing, and retail services. She is a graduate of North Texas State University, with a BS in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.

Bio: Before becoming the CFO & COO for CDCNews, Darren Sylvia served as the CFO for several direct marketing and technology companies, such as Calyx & Corolla, Hale Groves and Xstream Systems. Sylvia began his career with Coopers & Lybrand analyzing acquisition and post-merger integrations. He graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant. He resides in Vero Beach, Florida with his wife and three children.

Bio: Bob Barfoot was named the Vice President of Technology for Construction Data Company in 2005 after holding similar executive positions with two direct marketing publishers. He brings more than 30 years experience to CDC in leading technology teams for direct marketing, publishing and consumer product companies. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Barfoot has dedicated his career building business-focused organizations that use the latest technology to deliver management and operational systems for sales and marketing, customer fulfillment, customer relationship management, data warehouse and decision support systems.

Bio: The majority of Richard Griffin's 30-year career in the publishing industry has been with CDCNews as a reporter, editor and Vice President. He edited CDCNews editions in Philadelphia, Massachusetts and Texas, and was promoted to oversee CDCNews' regional offices in Langhorne, PA; Austin, TX, Cary, NC and Vero Beach, FL. As the Vice President and Editor-In-Chief, Griffin manages all CDCNews editorial offices. A graduate of New York City's John Jay College, Griffin and his wife of 30 years live in Austin, TX. They have three grown children.
